PROGRAM DETAILS

1.  CAREER SUCCESS STRATEGIES:  -Structured 3-month program or accelerated (2-month) format sharing current career advancement techniques -> planning your own career path. Receive time saving, smart tips ŕ quicker results plus a copy of Micki’s Career Development book, “Real World Career Development Strategies that WORK.”               Month 1:Self Focus & Direction Month 2: Preparation Month 3: SMART Techniques

2.  GROUP CAREER COACHING: Coaching in a small group setting. Focus may include groups ▪ In transition and/or in exploration ▪ Wanting to change careers ▪ Seeking accountability and /or direction + Focus ▪ Specific: i.e. Senior/Exec. Mgmt., Technical, Sales, etc.

3.  ONE-ON-ONE COACHING: Customized coaching at all levels based on individual client needs.  Together we co- create a plan and strategize to get you STRONG and moving forward with your own personal goals.

4.  WHY ASSESSMENTS? :25-page customized career assessment (s) accessed via the internet teach you more about yourself as well as others, creating less stress, strengthening self ensuring a higher quality of life and career.

Class START DATES

Sept. 20th, 2004:   Career STRATEGIES PROGRAM (meets 2 times monthly  MONDAYS at 8:00 PM CENTRAL  (Sept. 20, 27, Oct. 11, 25, Nov. 8, 22)  $129 per month for 3 months.

Sept. 15, 2004:       GROUP Career COACHING (meets 2 times monthly WEDNESDAYS at 8:00 PM CENTRAL (Sept.15, 29, Oct.6, 20  Nov. 3,17 ongoing) $129 per month.

Oct. 6th, 2004:        ACCELERATED Career STRATEGIES PROGRAM  meets 3 times monthly on WEDNESDAYS at 7:00 PM CENTRAL beginning OCTOBER.  (Oct. 6, 13, 20, Nov.3, 17, Dec 1) $193.50 per month for 2 months or 3 month bill cycle: $129 month.

PROGRAMS billed monthly on the 1ST of each month for the following month.

WINTER 2005

  1. CREATING OUR INTENTIONS FOR 2005:  What's the difference between an intention and a goal or a vision and a mission.  In this session we define all the above and then create our own intention for living our best life. The program is offered both on site and on the phone.    
  2. 2005 GOAL SETTING/GOAL GETTING:  This program can be the continuation of the intention program or can be a stand alone program for those who want to create their goals.

MARCH/APRIL 2005

  1. ATTRACTION IN ACTION:  Who we are is what is attracted to us.  Like a magnet, like attracts like.  If we are negative, then what comes to us is negative people and problems.   sign up now!
  2. ENVISION BOARDING WORKSHOP:  Held on-site in western suburbs of Chicago, this workshop meets as a group for 2.5 hours and together we create our own board of what we desire our life to be like.  This is a proven method that works.
